Project Description: ProConventional Structural steel frame, with long span bar joists, metal decking and membrane roof system. Exterior walls are combination of concrete precast panels and masonry with metal liner and exterior insulated metal panels. Concrete system includes an 8” superflat building slab poured within F min floor tolerances. Light manufacturing (Injection molding), shipping and receiving, office and a two story interior mezzanine.
